I wanted a passport for my wife so I applied at passport office pune . But a person named as ********** mulik , a department head rejected my wifes documents 3rd time and told to come aganin and again to get a recepit. When we asked whats missing in the document he told to ********** outside the office for dinner. so we went at 7.pm with him for dinner. He asked rs 2000/ to clear the passport documents . He also told that if you go to agent and********** doc there , he will stop our passport from being issued as he is the authority for checking the documents.
So we gave a brobe of RS 2000 to him then he cleared the documents and gave us the recepit.
