Brided at goa - karwar border excise check post

Yesterday 8th feb 2013 at 5 pm , i was travelling in a private bus to mangalore from goa , i was carrying a single scotch bottle for personal use, but the cop on the check post at goa - karwar border , asked me for permit i told him that it was for my personal use, he threatened to cease it and bribed me of 100 rs.
