Charged Rs.600 because I did not have PUC for my car

I was coming from Thane to Navi Mumbai. Was stopped in Airoli by traffic cops. Found I did not have PUC certificate. told me to come to court otherwise pay Rs.1000. Finally accepted Rs. 600 and let me go.
