Cops snatched my wallet

I was haulted by traffic police just after crossing a signal; I clearly observed the signal that when I was crossing it was green and since the traffic was moving slow in the junction it turned orange just before I complete to cross the junction. After an argument with the cops, they finally took 300 from my wallet, even though there is no mistake of mine.
