I have given Rs.11000/- to a senior officer of MTNL for getting a letter which is require for tatkal passport process. After that i paid Rs.2500/- to an officer of RK puram passport office for early dispachment of my passport. Again i paid Rs.2400 to the police office for address verification. At the end, the postman of Mohan garden post office has charged Rs.100/- for giving my passport to me. As, he was telling that the concerned postman is on leave so he had not any authority to open the parcel of mohan garden c block area. When he charged me, he has given my passport after taking a signature on a rough paper( not on the proper register). But thank god, i have received my passport within a week.
