I wish to change my 2-wheelers Baroda registration to Pune RTO. For the procedure to initiate i have to pay the necessary octroi. Hence we went to Nigdi octroi post for the same. But the person there offered us to value the item less and hence pay less to the govt. We declined and asked for proper valuation. But he still was adamant and asked for a price. Finally we eventhough our valuation was proper he quoted hid price. We paid 800/- for the transaction and 100/- to him.
