I have given money just becuase i did not have PUC

• Police
• Traffic Violations
• Paid INR 500

I have bought a new scooty , hardly one month ago and i dont think Pollution control is required for ta new vehicle as they emit less pollutants still he asked me for the PUC and charged a fine which cost me 500 rupees
