I paid bribe to Mr.Neogi , GM SECL

Hi, I am a contractor in Bilaspur Chattisgarh. I paid bribe of Rs.200000 to the GM of SECL , Bilaspur. I was made to pay the amount through the GM's driver. I was thereatened that i would be trouble if I go to the police. I couldn't say anything as I had no proof.
