I paid bribe to register a property

• Stamps and Registration
• Registration of Flat or Apartment
• Paid INR 12,000

The incident happened in the mahadevpura sub registrar office on 30th Mar 2015. I don't want to disclose the name of the officer as I think the entire office is involved and also the higher officials. As the bribe was taken openly as though it was part of the their job.
