I was pulled over for talking on my mobile phone while at the wheel. There was a lady cop who told me that the penalty was sending my license to the RTO for 45 days & Rs. 600/-. She took me to a senior officer who said the same thing. I told them to advise me on what to do. They took Rs. 500/- and let me off.
