I wanted to pay 1000 fine with receipt, but the cop wanted 500 rs without need of receipt

• Paid INR 500

Was caught without wearing seat belt, was asked 1000 rps i said ok here it is - and give me a receipt ; but the cop refused just smiled and gave me 500 back and said ok go.. feel bad , i think i should not have done that
