I wrapped a stole in summers while riding bike.

There was a rule apparently which prohibited people from wrapping stoles around their faces in scorching summers when temperature is around 48 degrees in nagpur.When asked for a copy of that "law", i had to face grossing abuses from the cops!! eventually i paid 500 bucks for that. i still dont know if that rule ever existed or it was just a facade to loot the public.
