I am attaching a audio where mr. SP singh (JE - Electric), Village - Mindkali , Thana- Budhana, District - Muzaffar nagar is doing bribe setting to complete one task in Barauda village. There is the plan to have new transformer , new pole & new line in Barauda village due to high power consumption but this work has been stooped in middle as he didnt get total bribe what he want.
