The lawyer who helped me prepare the documents, said that he will go and speak with the sub registrar, he went and spoke and said the sub registrar wants 1% of the cost of the property. I said no i dont have that much amount in my account. So he went again and reduced the amount a bit and that he will not reduce further. then i ran here and there searching for an atm to get the money. i should have not have given the bribe, but how can i register a property without knowing language, people and without enough time to run around them, we need their help, they utilize our weekness to get money.
