It was really Surprising when I went for my Marriage registration and I had to pay a Bribe. Those guys just wont give the certificate till I did it.
I was just wondering what kind of money the guy makes in one day.
Really felt sorry that I had to do it but there was no go as I needed my Marriage certificate for my wife's *******
