I paid 5500 to the agent for a new passport in urgency as i had to leave india within a month. even after submitting a range of documents and he gave me the passport in a week..he charged so much extra at the end moment after we got the passport.. i assume he must hav taken 2500 for himself and rest in the govt. offices.....
