No parking

I parked my vehicle in Rammurthy nagar where there is a no board or anyhing which says no-parking within 200 mtrs or even more. I parked my bike and went to nearby shop to enquire address, after coming back I saw traffic lorry carrying my bike, I checked nearby for the sign could not find any. Nearby prople suggested to go to the police station at KR puram.
This is the fine i had to pay, even after talking to the SI incharge.
1. No parking fine - 100
2. Towing charges - 100
3. Bribe - 100
I have the reciept and the name of the police personal I paid to, in the receipt (1).
And my friend say it is very common with traffic police in Bangalore. can we do something for it together?
