Paid a bribe to an agent to obtain a permanent drivers license for a friend. He had lost his Indian drivers license and had a foreign drivers license that had expired. Agent immediately obtained learners license and bypassing all requirements managed to get the permanent license issued in 1 week as my friend was travelling abroad.
