I had requested for GPA to be attested and was asked to pay additional stamp charges of Rs 300/-.
I initially paid Rs 200/- for the stamp ( GPA Section), but the same was returned stating the amount is less. I was asked to pay Rs 300/- in addition. It is a brazen and open practice done at the entrance of the Office. Every individual who enters this office has to pay this bribe. This cool dude basically carries 5 to 6 thousand rupees daily.
The signing authority who is a KAS or IPS is surely hand in glove with this whole mafia,
