Paid the agent 9000+ for passport on tatkal

As per Passport officer my passport was damaged.So had to apply for new one.Came to know that it takes more than a month for tatkal if I do myself as per the agent.and i wanted in a week.Got it done in one week but I had to pay the agent 9500.2500 i have the receipt remaining seems to be bribe.
