HI, even though I had a perfect passport application form with all the documents and certificates the officials who visit your address and verify the same openly asked for a bribe to stamp ok my passport application. After negotiating and explaining that I didn't have more money after the 500 bucks I gave to the they agreed to verify the address and accept my passport application.
