Paid bribe to a KEB official

I was asked to a pay a bribe at the KEB office by a KEB duty officer.
This is not the first time . The last time I met the same person, he asked me for Rs 200. Which I paid. But nothing was done. Today yet again, he asked me for another Rs 200.
