Paid bribe for service tax registration on demand

I wanted to get service tax registration as consulting Engineer at Excise office at Renukoot Distt Sonebhadra in the range Mirzapur.The inspector Mr ******* demanded Rs 5000/- just for 5 minute job.When i told them that this is too high & i will not be able to pay that much. I offered to pay Rs 1000/- which he didn't accept.Later on Mr ******* was transferred from that office.I again got message from another inspector Mr ******* ********** that payment is to be paid.I had to pay Rs 1500/- through my colleague.
