I paid bribe to SRO office Sarjapur for registering my property. It was asked by the builder in the payable accounts under the head of 'Cash Miscellaneous'. When asked what is this amount they said its for bribe to SRO Office and his team members. Shame on them. Despite that builder made many defaults.
