Bought a flat in Pune and went to register my property. The registrar office took 2000 as bribe and said that this is the gift that is being given by me for buying a new flat. The Advocate was also pushing me to pay and said that if i won't pay my registration will be kept pending and he will also get issues for all his future cases. *******
