I went to report a lost marks card as I needed a FIR acknowledgement to apply for a duplicate marks card from the University. When I narrated how I lost the marks card, the constable there started saying that it is all a "drama" and they know "everything" and the kind of drama we play (That was the first time he was meeting me. How does he know about the "Drama" I play?) After some harassment and listening to his taunt, it was the chance of the Sub-Inspector. He asked me to narrate how I lost the marks card. He again taunted me saying we are useless and don't have even a little responsibility to take care of our things.
It did not stop here, he told me to write a sentence in English on a paper he gave me and then he told me to translate that into "SHORT HAND." I told him that I don't know Short Hand and I had to listen to his taunts again!!
Finally after close to 20-30min of listening to their nonsense, I was giving an FIR acknowledgement and was asked to Pay up. I took out Rs.100, gave it to the constable and walked out as fast as I could so that I am not asked for more money.
