Was delayed and used room partners 2 wheeler, Stopped by the Cop, was not carrying wallet, had Rs.5/- in my shirt pocket which was a change received from the previous night shop transaction, Informed cop that this is all I have no money to pay fine, keep the vehicle will come back in the evening pay fine and collect bike, Cop advised initially that he is not a beggar, I advised I do not have a choice, accepted Rs %/- and let me go. This was around 6am near race course.
