Paid to TTE from Agra to Delhi for allowing to travel in sleeper class with general ticket on 27 Feb 2019, Train No. 12147 KLP-NZM SF EXPRESS( S2 BHOGIE). He was reluctant to charge the excess fare and provide us the reservation and threatened to charge us with penalty if we ask for the same. Instead he asked me to pay 75/- and travel silently without raising any alarm. This means he had put the whole amount in his pocket instead of putting it into the railways account. This way as most of the reserved coaches are vacant today he must have taken a bribe of huge amount and thus
resulting in great loss to railway exchequer.
