I had all documents in proper requirement. My only fault was I had gone home on ********** Festivities and hence was late to Police station after i recieved a call. The person incharge then demanded Rs:1200 as Colour printer cartridge fees. The process now is electronic and hence he had to take the printout of my application in colour. Normally a colour printout will cost Rs 5 but he demanded 1200 for the whole cartrudge. I said that i had only 500 in my pocket and paid it fearing he would delay submiting my passport police verification certificate .
