They are bypassing legal procedure of police verification.
what they required to do is to visit the person;s home who seeks passport and take information about him from his neighbors.
but instead of it they are calling us to police station with required documents.
after taking document the police official quietly told me ***** जी अब इसकी फीस दे दीजिये .
i was urgently required passport as i had to give GRE.,so i gave him the bribe.
after taking bribe,he was even not bothered about weather the documents were right or not.he just cleared it.
