I purchased a Flat at Kammannahalli on November 27 2013. My Property value is 37 lakhs. And I have registered for the same price however when I went to submit my papers. I had to give Rs 100 to each person as a tip which amounted to Approx Rs 800/ After that Office Assistant took me inside the office and asked for Rs 15,000 and I was made to settle and pay an amount of Rs 7000. I have never paid any bribe and will never pay in future as well but such in such situation I was totally handicapped since the seller of the property had flown down form another state only to register the property. This property was registered at Kacharakanahalli Sub-Registrar Office · Nagawara Main Road, Nagavara NEXT TO PK Footwear
