My bike was towed away from a no parking zone. On reaching the impound, i was told I would have to pay 1000 Rs. The actual fine is 150 Rs. I resisted, saying that I will pay the fine amount only. The traffic contractor started using foul language (he was not even a policeman, just a contractor), and said I will have to come to court tomorrow. i said I was willing to come to court. Finally a uniformed policeman emerged and negotiated and "convinced" me to pay 30 rs. didn't get a receipt, even for the 150 *******
