Police constables and Traffic Police harass people like anything in Siliguri (West Bengal). I was driving a 2 wheeler which was in my uncle’s name. I had every document required to drive a vehicle in Indian roads. However they charged me with the fault that the vehicle I was driving was not in my name and I don’t have any authorization latter from the owner. Day in and day out this happens with 100’s of people in Siliguri. And people had to bribe them like I did.
