On 28 Nov 2010 at Koramangala (Bangalore) i went to get Driving license but i was tried 4th time but they was rejected me and they were giving license for without proper riding too, at the time one fello came to me and asked 1500rs for license finaly i gave 1450Rs and i got DL. this is process is going on now a days.
