Licence at XXXXXXX without testdrive
I can't name the officer as,i too don't know who he is. But agents came to other person said pay 6000 and no test drive needed for car licence. And they opted for it. This is happening at XXXXXXXX. We are not allowed to use any vehicle to take test drive. We need to take rent from the rto or bring our own with documents on our or relatives name. How can a person bring 2 vehicles like bike and car for giving test drive ? And here why to ask all document of vehicle for test drive? This all are the ways of taking bribe. You don't pass the test without agents. When agents do our licence, online test is done and cleared by rto. We go directly they fail us. Please take action, i will try to mention name and info. But everyone is part of this, you can check it when you wait for test drive sitting area.
