Bribe in the name of Petrol
SV Raju, from Passport office was indirectly adamant on asking the Bribe. He was repetitively saying that he doesn't get money for Petrol in his bike, and he has to go for Passport verification across the city on his own personal expense, which I am sure was definitely a lie.
