Corrupted C.F.O officer,Balharshah timber depot chandrapur (dt),maharashtra.
Respected sir,
I am K.Masthan Rao (from Balharshah), i would like to share information regarding the "corruption done by the C.F.O officer in Timber depot of Balharshah in Maharashtra state.The CFO, who was joined on september 2014, from that day onwards he was started Malpractices & Misuse of power in timber auctions,that which are under his control.Due to this, a huge loss is occurred to the state economy.
He committed many malpractices in timber auction such as by changing actual bidding amount in Bidsheets by using MAGIC figures.That means instead of 5-digit letter in bidsheets, he should write only 3 or 4 digits.After the completion of Auction, he checks the government Upset rate, then he used to add the another '2'-digits to it ,like that all other malpractices and misusing of powers are done by him.All that Activities, i have presented in the below video ,watch this:

Today on 16/6/2015, at the time of knockdown lot ,CFO was not saying ----------" 1 ",-------------" 2 " --------------" 3 ". (violating rules) at Auction.
No one (media/higher officials) can taking the action or enquiry on our complaint, still today.
Finally, waiting for the PMO(pm:narendra modi ) response for action on this complaint.
