Hi,
I got married in October 2012. My wife was from Assam. On March 2013 we struck off her name from Assam and we submitted all documents in my hometown, Barasat, Kolkata. They told us to visit after 1months. After 1 months I sent my father to ration office to collect the new ration card of my wife. the person (Clerk) over there asked some money from my father, my father directly denied to it and till date we have not received the card. Whenever I get time I visit their office and return with a word that they have not received verification letter from Assam and for that we cannot issue us a new card. This is our lovely India.
