I have been allotted plot no 105/106 sector id-40, Urban Estate Gurgaon-2 commercial plot on 1/03/2013. I want to club these two plots as one and then construct it. For this I have already filed an application a year ago. In order to approve my request, the assigned officer, Amarjeet Rana asked for a bribe of Rs 70,000.
