Rampant corruption..
To just "process" my pension, that too at the final stages..... the concerned clerk in the STO (sub treasury office ) demanded 5000 rupees.... even one day delay would cause a huge loss of money to me .. as the interest lost would be tremendous.... ...... and it would be very difficult to expose this corruption... i thought i could in many instances.. but failed miserably.... i even went to the High court on one occasion....and all the three official respondents ganged up to mislead the Hon.A.P.high court .... and they were SUCCESSFUL.!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder there is very little governance and very little development in Andhra Pradesh....
