FOR RECEIVING MY PENSION DUES
I retired from Indian Air Force in Nov'1988 and was to receive my pension dues by next month. But it happened that the dealing clerk in moradabad treasury asked me two bottles of Red Knight whiskey to release my dues. I failed to understand his purpose and asked him to give me Rs. four hundred as the cost of the bottles. After some time he told me not to bring the bottles, but to my surprise my pension dues were not released for four months which caused me a lot financial hardship and loss of money too, but I did not pay the whiskey bottles as bribe.
