People Keep on asking Bribe, i didn't say that i wont pay,instead i have recorded those people voice through my phone,
while recording the voice of Circle officer - he identified my activity and he informed to all his officials from that time people didn't ask money, FYI to get a Additional connection actual cost is 1650/-, but i asked to pay 7500/- , i don't why they are in need of 5850 of a single connection, for that we have to buy wires, appoint peoples for digging etc, that **********will come and connect two wires with a meter, please tell me the words i can scold them,
