For sanctioning 60 yd plot house const plan

DSince 9 months we were forced to change 3 plans,documents went missing,,run around and wait for hours at least thrice a week.no ceiling on bribe demand. NOW THEY SAY FILE IS MISSING?
This has happened in circle 9 though other depts r not different
