Can I bring Clothes worth less than Rs. 35000/ - from Thailand to Kolkata and then is it sure I will not have to pay any Custom Duty as it is allowed to bring goods upto Rs. 35000/ -.

I have seen many people bring Huge quantity of clothes from Thailand to Kolkata. I just want to bring that is within Rs. 35000/ - .
