I am Shahinsha from Thiruvottiyur, Chennai. I'm Muslim. I got Married (Arranged Marriage) on August 2013 and now I want to register my marriage and need marriage certificate. I went to Kaladipet register office to get the information and procedure for register my marriage, I asked one officer regards register my marriage but he hand over me to one Agent, that agent asking me Rs.2000 to Rs.4000 for register my marriage. I don't want to pay bribe. Give me solution
