Pls tell me
whats is the proceger to change/correct the name & D.O.B in our birth certificate.
Acctully my all the documents in DEVENDER SHARMA name But the name on birth certificate is SHIVAM.

So, Sir I want to change / correction in my birth certificate.

Pls tell me.....
