Hello respected sir/madam i am trying to apply for my passport and for that i need my birth certificate i am 24yrs old and now i came to knw tht my parents didnt applied for certificate wen i was born so how do i get fresh birth certificate ???


pls help or i ll have to cough up a huge amount of money for the same......
