Hi, we are trying to file a complain against a Builder who has cheated Hundreds of People which is proven by dist. collector and local News Paper, but still Police is Hesitating to file a FIR against him, whenever we tried to approach them they behave very rudely and asking for Bribe to file a complaint, Also they are threatening that if we visit again they will put us behind the Bar, Kindly help with the solution
