How much money it will be required for filling a pil on rad safety ? as the govt did not make any provision of a underground passage for traffic or padestrians to cross the road at a jun ction point known as " MOTEL CHHAK" in bhadrak Odisha . As many as fifteen people have died while crossing the junction here and about thirty people have been injured . have proof of all these occurances from police station by PIL .?
