I have a birth certificate, hospital was MY Hospital. It contain

• Municipal Services
• Birth Certificate

I have a birth certificate, hospital was MY Hospital.
It contain all right information like father mother name and DOB, but don't have my name on it and already apply for passport and received an appointment on Wednesday.

now how can i add my name on the same birth certificate within timeframe???
